Getting help
- Say what you were doing in the software when it happened
- For a particular job, give the lot and test labels (for example 12B)
- Describe what you expected and what happened
- Do not send client files or personal information unless we ask

Percolation Manager is sold, and provided as part of an order. Ask about it through an order request.
Your data stays with you. Percolation Manager works offline and keeps nothing outside the files you save.
