Health departments and sanitarians
Percolation records you can review with confidence.
When a submittal reaches your desk, the question is whether the numbers on it are the numbers that were measured. The system is built so that they are — and so that anything unusual about a test is shown, not smoothed over.
Every top-up and missing reading stays in the record.
What matters in review
Consistency, traceability, and nothing hidden.
Readings on a fixed schedule
The device takes each reading at its set interval and stores the time it was actually taken. Gaps are recorded as gaps.
Percometer · in developmentUnusual tests are flagged
Top-ups, missing readings, a temperature probe that dropped out, a test stopped early — each is flagged in the record and marked on the table, so you can see it.
Percometer · in developmentThe same format every time
Every submittal prepared with the software prints its percolation tables, final rates and MLSS figures in the same layout, using the same rules.
Software · workingValues that can be traced
Final rates follow the DPH rule on the bottom 3 inches. A value corrected by hand is marked as typed over in the software, and the original device data stays in the project file — so any figure can be traced back on request.
Software · workingMissing evidence stays missing
A limiting factor no usable pit recorded reads N/R; one looked for and not found reads N/O. The software never fills in a value it was not given.
Software · workingUsable by your own staff
Three buttons and a small screen in the field; a five-step desktop program in the office. No accounts or online services to administer.
Percometer · in developmentWhat you receive
Tables a reviewer can check line by line.
Each percolation hole is one table: time, depth, drop, interval and rate for every reading, and the final rate as its DPH class. A refill is marked in place; a dry hole's repeated readings are cut off and the cutoff is shown to the engineer to confirm.
Sample shown with illustrative values.

Witnessing a test
Clear in the field, too.
The Percometer shows the lot and the label the next test will carry before it starts, so the test you witness is the test that appears in the record. When it finishes, it shows the slowest interval as a quick field check.
How the Percometer worksFor departments and districts
Purchasing that fits public procurement.
Formal quotes, purchase orders, tax-exempt status and vendor registration are all handled by email with a named contact. A pilot lets a department use a prototype in the field before committing.
