From the test hole to the drawing without retyping.

Percolation tests and deep test pits feed straight into the septic design. Percolation Manager takes the field data and the pit logs and produces the soil test sheets and the health district memorandum — with the rules applied the same way on every job.

Where the time goes

Less transcription, fewer checks of the checks.

Field to office, no retyping

Percometer data arrives as data over USB, saved and verified. The same numbers reach the tables, the drawing and the memorandum.

Jobs organized by lot

Holes and pits are grouped per lot, one septic system each, across as many field days as the job needed. One project file holds it all.

Software · working

The design numbers, worked out

Design percolation rate, receiving soil depth, HF, FF, PF, MLSS, required ELA and a leaching product suggestion — per lot, updated as you type.

Software · working

CAD output that respects your template

AutoCAD draws the SOIL TESTS sheets into the template, keeping its layers, styles and blocks. Every size is planned first; nothing overlaps.

The memorandum, written for you

A cover letter and one page per lot, with the pit logs and percolation tables, as a .docx. Word is not needed to produce it.

Engineering judgement stays yours

Every value the software works out can be typed over. Typed values print as typed and are marked on screen; one click restores the calculated value.

REPRESENTATIVE INTERFACE — Percolation Manager laid out as it is today, with sample data.

Per lot

Pits in, MLSS out, as it will be drawn.

Type each lot's deep test pits and anything about its design that differs from the project. The MLSS table, required ELA, suggested product and the notes box update as you go — exactly as they will appear on the sheet.

  • Receiving soil depth averaged over the usable pits' first restrictive condition
  • A hydraulic gradient range uses its low end, conservatively
  • Over 60 in.: MLSS not required. Under 18 in.: flagged for a P.E.

Deliverables

The two documents the job needs.

Six lots to a sheet, every size planned before it is drawn. If your office has its own sheet standards, tell us about them.

SAMPLE OUTPUT — one lot's block on a SOIL TESTS sheet, illustrative values. The real sheet adds the deep test pit logs and a notes box.
SAMPLE OUTPUT — a memorandum page, one per lot. Written as a .docx; Word is not needed to produce it.

Next step

Bring a real job to the demo.

The quickest way to judge it is on a job you know. A demonstration takes your kind of percolation data through to the drawing and the memorandum, and shows where the system fits your office.
